Midway Care Group are an ever-expanding, Supported Living and Residential care provider to Adults with Learning Disabilities, and we have services all across the Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, and Derbyshire.
What Will I be doing?
I will support the Head of Learning & Development by providing high quality training and development to Team Members throughout Midway Care Group.
I will design, deliver and evaluate training courses appropriate to the company needs, and in line with MCG policies.
I will maintain comprehensive and precise training records and information adhering to all relevant regulations.

Experience & Education:
- Training & Development: 2 years (required)
- Teaching Qualification: 1 year (required)
- Health & Social Care: 2 years (required)
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
