To be successful in this role:
You will be a confident, active, and results driven Digital Marketing Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in Account Management within a digital marketing, or technology focused environment. You should have a good understanding of application development and e-commerce landscapes along with excellent communication skills.
Job role and responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving project success. Specific responsibilities for this role include:
·Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met
·Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
·Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to maximise client engagement and satisfaction
·Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
·Problem Solving: Address and resolve and issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining a proactive approach to client service
