Digital Marketing Manager - Birmingham - £40,000 - £50,000

I am working with an e-commerce company, looking to bring in an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, to drive their online presence forward.You will see over marketing, customer retention, acquisition and web. With the prospect of managing the promotional calendar, you will also handle all product listings and campaigns.You will play a key role in the company to execute strategies to drive sales, footfall and brand awareness.The marketing, acquisition and web executives will report to yourself where you will manage strategies and performances. This is a great opportunity to join this company, in the outskirts of Birmingham, and play a key role for them moving forward.

What you'll do as a Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Manage PPC, SEO and Social Media strategies and performances
  • Work closely with external agencies to implement work and strategies
  • Work closely with developers to optimise and update the current CMS
  • See over channels of acquisition, covering paid media, organic, affiliate and third-party
  • Manage and support direct reports
  • Manage traffic acquisition and conversion, reporting on outcomes and performance
  • Carry out additional data analysis and data-driven strategies
  • Improve customer experience across multiple marketing channels
  • Stay up to date with the latest market trends

What you'll bring as a Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Experience implementing strategies across PPC, SEO, Social Media and affiliate channels
  • Background in e-commerce and retail marketing, optimising products
  • Knowledge of CMS systems - Magento preferable
  • Experience with web design and customer flows
  • Skills in traffic analysis, reporting (including GA4) and optimisation
  • Confidence in Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing and conversion
  • Background in managing teams, with a great team attitude
