Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent a qualified SEND specialist, EYFS teacher for a Birmingham based primary school. We are supporting a well-established primary school in Birmingham (Great Barr, B44, West Midlands) with a long-term teaching job. We are working directly with the SLT team who would like us to find an experienced and enthusiastic EYFS  teacher to support with their pupils with SEND.

If you are an experienced EYFS teacher, who is either available from September 2024 or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities available now in Birmingham, West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you. This primary school-based teaching job is offered on a full-time, interim basis to start from September 2024. Your role will be to support a small group of pupils within the EYFS, approximately 6 children predominantly with Autism. We are ideally looking for a qualified teacher with experience of the Engagement Model, EYFS Curriculum and would be willing to conduct some personal care if required. Within this role you will be responsible for the provision in terms of planning, resourcing and assessing and have the full support of the school SENCO.

We are fully committed to safeguarding all children within our schools. In order to be successfully shortlisted in any of your applications with us we will require the following:

A relevant UK based qualification.
Substantial experience working within an education setting.
All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements. You will be provided with advice and guidance in relation to your requirements that respect your home and work life balance. You will work solely with your consultant throughout your registration journey and beyond, always having direct access to speak with them on a one-to-one basis.
