Following a buyout and significant investment several years ago, they now operate within a wider Energy consultancy and have established a clear cut, KPI led progression plan from Graduate to Associate Director. They host professional development reviews twice a year so all their engineers are aware of exactly what they need to achieve in order to obtain a promotion.

They are seeking to grow their entire design team with the addition of an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer.
