Job Title: Lead Electrician (Nationwide)
Salary: £20 - £25 per hour
(£40,000 - £52,000 Per Annum) + (£16,000 - £20,800 Overtime Avg.)
Type of Work: Nationwide installation projects ranging from £50,000 to £500,000
Travel Requirements: Extensive travel required, working away from home Monday to Friday
Location: Site/client based across the UK; office based in Birmingham
Qualifications Required:
- NVQ Level 3 including AM2
- 2391 Inspect and Test qualification
- BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- ECS card
- SSSTS/SMSTS (desirable)
- IPAF (desirable)
Experience:
- Previous experience in leadership roles within retail/shopfitting and commercial electrical projects (desirable)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead installation teams on site
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and standards
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to installation teams
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week
Average Overtime per Week: 16 hours
