Working for a national developer you will join the busy in house design team

The role requires the following skills:

Have a relevant degree or similar technical qualification e.g. Architectural Technologist, Architecture etc.
Be conversant in the application and requirements of Building Regulations, Local Planning Authority Requirements and CDM Duties within the volume housebuilder sector.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit to deliver tender packs.
Competent user of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite to support the wider team.
Ability to confidently coordinate design information and respond to on-site design queries for the duration of the build.
