Salary: 28000-38000 (dependent on experience)
I am looking for an enthusiastic and technically minded Architectural Technician to join a well-established and friendly team in Birmingham. The RIBA chartered practice has a dynamic portfolio with projects spanning the Commercial, Residential, Conservation and Education sectors. Every design is completed to the highest standard and the practice has a focus on ensure clients return due to the exceptional customer service and innovative designs.
The successful Architectural Technician will have significant post qualification experience and should have excellent technical abilities. You should be able to work collaboratively and independently and will be able to provide innovative and creative designs. Revit knowledge is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Degree, HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Significant industry experience post qualification
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional technical abilities
- Located close to Birmingham
- Able to complete projects whilst adhering to deadlines
- Confidence to progress your career and develop your skills
- Brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Proficient using Revit
