Location: Wolverhampton, Midlands, and Surrounding Areas

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 (Depending on Experience)

Remuneration:

• Salary: 30,000 - 40,000
• Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
• Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (40 hours)
• Holiday Package: 20 days + 8 Bank Holidays (increases to 21 + 8BH after 12 months)
• Pension

Roles Available:

1. Gates and Barrier Engineer - Midlands and surrounding area
2. Intruder Alarms Engineer - Midlands and surrounding area
3. Security Engineers (X3) - Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV, and Warden Call - Coventry, Leicester, Northampton, Shipton on Stour, Lincolnshire.

Your Role: As an F&S Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining security systems, taking ownership of issues, and delivering exceptional service to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Drive excellent customer service, working closely with the area supervisor and national Call Centre

Attend and resolve daily service calls and maintenance visits

Accountable for vehicle and stock maintenance

Flexible working hours based on client demand

Perform Call Out Duty according to the published rota

Carry out minor day-work tasks and assist other Service department personnel as needed

Essential Skills:

• Working knowledge of Intruder systems: Texecom, Galaxy, Pacom & GE ranges
• Working knowledge of Access Control systems: Lenel, C-Cure, PAC, Genetec & Paxton
• Working knowledge of CCTV systems across analogue and IP platforms
• Working knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems: Kentec, Advanced, Gent
• Solid experience in the security industry with a strong understanding of industry standards
• Proactive problem-solving ability and excellent customer service track record
• Ability to identify and refer potential sales leads (commission available)
