- Supporting the wider recruitment team with sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates.
- Write job adverts and monitor inbound job applications, following up with potential candidates as required
- Format candidates CV’s and send over to clients
- Manage client relationships, managing the interview process and offer process for both candidates and clients
- 6 months experience in a recruitment role, either external or internal, specifically on the candidate side
- Excellent communications skills, on the telephone and on email
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to have difficult conversations with hiring managers and candidates
- Salary of £22,500
- Uncapped commission
