Are you an experienced Meetings and Events Manager within the Hotel or High-End events Hospitality Sectors?
THE JOB:
- Day to day management of the M&E department both delegatory as well as from the front.
- Representing the M&E Department within the Hotel’s Management meetings.
- Monitoring and development of the team by providing both positive and constructive feedback.
- Development of strong and long-lasting relationships with all other departments in order to ensure consistency of the service and smooth operation across the property.
- Ensuring a complete guest satisfaction in every visit and encouraging rebookings in line with the hotel’s brand image.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. 1 year experience at running high end meetings and events across city centre venues.
- Strong knowledge of meeting and event basics including set ups, operations, forward planning as well as client liaisons.
- Keen eye for detail and a sense of luxury without compromise.
- Ability to engage with both the team as well as the guests.
