THIS ROLE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK SHIFTS, INCLUDING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Member Experience Assistant for a luxury health club. This role would be ideal for an enthusiastic and engaging individual.

Member Experience Assistant responsibilities:

Provide a warm and friendly welcome to members and visitors
Deliver outstanding tours around the club for all prospective members
Use of the CRM system to help members e.g. booking classes, courses, events
Efficient handling of all general operational duties e.g. towel hire, ordering new membership cards

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience within luxury hospitality
Exceptional customer service skills - member focused service
Be a great team player
Fantastic organisational skills
