An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and organised Team Assistant to join a prestigious global investment firm, located in Birmingham city centre. This is a chance to develop your career within a world-renowned investment bank.The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Assistant or Coordinator position, with a strong background in diary management, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication across global time zones.You will be supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills are essential.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing complex diaries and calendars for Associate-level bankers and above
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and conference calls across global time zones
  • Organising international and domestic travel, including accommodation and itineraries
  • Processing expenses and managing invoicing
  • Acting as a key point of contact for team support, resolving day-to-day queries
  • Providing cover for colleagues during absences and holidays
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or team support role

Details:
  • Full-time office-based role (5 days per week) in Birmingham City Centre
