This is an exciting opportunity to join a top global investment firm based in the heart of Birmingham.As a Team Assistant, you’ll support senior professionals (VP and Associate level) in a fast-paced, international environment. This classic yet dynamic role will see you liaising with assistants and executives across global teams. If you're someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, managing competing priorities, and building trusted relationships – we want to hear from you!Key requirements:
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Coordinator
  • Proficiency in diary management, travel booking, and logistics coordination
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused attitude
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing complex diaries, meetings, and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating international, multi-stop travel (when appropriate in the future)
  • Preparing detailed itineraries and arranging visas
  • Processing monthly expenses
  • Providing cover for other assistants and collaborating as part of a team of assistants
