- Contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of internal and external financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyse regular management information reports and monthly management accounts.
- Manage house sale completion statements and journals with precision.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate plot data.
- Progress towards a recognised accountancy qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
