Trinity House Group are proud to be working exclusively with a large, values-led organisation in Birmingham City Centren to recruit a Finance Business Partner! This is a great opportunity for somebody with strong stakeholder management skills to work with a newly-appointed Head of Finance on a number of bespoke projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Provide proactive financial guidance and insights to department heads and stakeholders, fostering a culture of financial accountability and stewardship.
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with operational teams to optimise resource allocation, streamline processes, and drive efficiency.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to key stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the development and evaluation of business cases for new initiatives, investments, and projects.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess potential outcomes and inform strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Full accounting qualification OR ACTIVELY STUDYING TOWARDS a full qualification.
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving organisational objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
