They are currently seeking a Finance Operations Manager with a robust financial and management background to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Provide input for annual budgets and long-term plans in line with the business.
  • Coordinate management of Accounts Receivables and Overdue accounts.
  • Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate transaction recording and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements and variance reports.
  • Document business processes and uphold internal controls.
  • Oversee capital expenditure, fixed assets, credit cards, and employee expenses.
  • Conduct VAT returns, payroll processing, and liaise with statutory auditors.
  • Collaborate with the management team to meet financial objectives and implement policies.
  • Lead the Business Support Team with 4 direct reports, fostering development across finance, IT, and administrative functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE
  • Demonstrated experience in team management with exceptional leadership skills.
  • Proven expertise in budget management and team collaboration.
  • Must possess a clean, valid driving licence and a valid passport.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel on a quarterly basis
