• Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, contributing to key business decisions and ensuring financial objectives align with overall organizational goals.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets. Conduct regular forecasting and variance analysis to support effective decision-making.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance.
• Financial Analysis: Oversee and deliver performance analysis to the senior leadership team of the business, including but limited to margins, variances, KPI metrics etc.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and support operational needs. Implement effective working capital management strategies.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in economic conditions that may impact the organization.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key RequirementsThe successful candidate for this Senior Finance Business Partner position will possess the following:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with responsibilities in both commercial finance and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in accountancy, economics or business.
