They are looking to appoint a qualified, experienced Finance Business Partner to support and integrate a number of newly acquired businesses.The RoleThis role will partner with the Leadership Team in the commercial appraisal of new acquisitions and will involve project accounting and reporting, co-ordination of planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, business case appraisals and analysis of trading and operating performance.You will work closely with a number of senior management key stakeholders and subject matter experts in the Technology and Commercial division so proven senior stakeholder exposure is essential to succeed in this role.Using business and financial systems, information and data, you will work with the MDs of the newly acquired businesses to improve financial and business reporting producing meaningful information that will allow the wider group to make informed commercial and strategic decisions.Supporting the forecasting processes, you will co-ordinate timely and accurate financial reporting analysing performance to ensure the continued success of the business units and wider group, driving value for money.The PersonGraduate calibre, qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA, you will possess excellent business partnering and commercial skills along with analysis and MI skills with experience of working in a fast paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to drive change and influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Your system skills will include advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems ideally SAP.
