As the Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing insights and analysis to guide decision-making, optimise resource allocation, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities for this Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager include:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating closely with department heads to develop accurate financial plans and targets.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Partner with business leaders to offer financial insights and support decision-making across all levels of the organisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop robust financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

The key requirements for this Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role include:

  • Professional qualification (ACA. ACCA, CIMA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and other relevant software tools.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
