- Overseeing the control of documents and any other incoming correspondence
- Ensuring that job trackers and document registers are created and kept maintained
- Putting in requests for document numbers
- Creating new job files
- Proactively identifying and correcting any discrepancies with documents including titles, reference numbers and revisions
- Using client templates to format documents
- Ensuring that all correspondence and comments are distributed to and from the client
- Receiving and deploy drawings and documents in a timely manner that meets the project timescales in place
- Preparing payment applications on a monthly basis
