This is a great opportunity for an experienced ER professional to lead a small team, shape ER strategy, and play a key role in creating a fair, positive, and compliant workplace culture. Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Hybrid The Role - Lead and mentor an ER team, managing complex and high-risk ER cases. - Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on sensitive ER issues. - Oversee and develop ER policies, ensuring compliance with UK employment law. - Support restructures, redundancies, TUPE processes, and tribunal preparation. - Coach and train managers to resolve issues early and effectively. - Analyse ER data to identify trends and drive proactive solutions. - Collaborate with leaders to promote engagement, wellbeing, and culture. About You - CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience). - Strong ER and employment law expertise, including tribunals. - Proven leadership experience, coaching and developing teams. - Skilled in policy development, restructures, and employee engagement. - Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
