An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile M&E Supervisor in Facilities Maintenance to join our dynamic team. Based in the vibrant Birmingham area, this role offers a competitive salary of up to 39,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of Mobile Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in delivering high-quality facilities maintenance services.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Utilise your mechanical or electrical background to troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Background in either mechanical or electrical disciplines is essential.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within facilities maintenance.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Full UK driving licence.
