The Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for:
- Tenders for contracts valuing from £1m - 9m
- Liaising with clients and sub-contractors from estimation to project start
- Air Source Heat Pump Installations, Ground Source Heat Pump Installations, Air Con installation & maintenance
- Contract Negotiations
- Engaging with the Bid Team to assist with tenders, case studies, vetting of subcontracors or design queries
Ideally I'd like to speak to Mechanical Estimator that has:
- Have a background in ASHP and GSHP
- Experience working on the tools as a heating engineer
- Experience using "Estimator" Software
- Good knowledge and aptitude using Microsoft Office
In Return, the Mechanical Estimator will receive:
- £60-£65,000 p/a salary
- £5,500 car allowance
- Fuel Card
- Hybrid Working, 2 from home
- 25 days + Bank Holidays
