We are currently seeking Multi Trade Finishers to undertake works on a large social housing contract based in and around Birmingham. You will be working on 3 apartment blocks with an estimated 165 apartments to be completed.
Responsibilities of a Multi-Trade Finisher:
- Working on a highrise apartment block project.
- Basic snagging, defects & finishing work.
- Joinery, Painting (Touching Up), Silicone Sealing, and other defects.
- Adhering to Health & Safety.
- Tiling.
- Carpentry.
- Painting and decorating.
Requirements to become a Multi-Trade Finisher:
- CSCS Card.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Time served experience within Social Housing.
- Transport and tools.
