Empowering Learning are supporting a school based in Birmingham who are looking for a PPA Teacher to join with them from September 2024. The school are looking for someone to work across all year groups, forming positive relationships with pupils and staff alike.

The successful candidate will work across all year groups and will work in close collaboration with class teachers and phase leads to provide feedback and handover. All lesson planning will be done in advance. The successful candidate will be providing fin innovative sessions that will engage pupils and positive relationships will be formed.

This is a full-time role, however for the right candidate the school will consider part time applications.

To be successful for this role you will need;

The successful candidate will have;

  • Experience of teaching Ks1 and/or Ks2
  • Have QTS
  • Be able to form positive relationships with staff and pupils
  • Be creative and innovative in your teaching methods
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be understanding of the variable needs of every pupil
  • Have an enhanced DBS that is on the update service or be willing to pay for a new check to be done.
