Senior Healthcare Assistant- Kings Norton- 12.72 per hour (Negotiable for the right candidate)
We are currently working with a renowned service in Kings Nortonwho are looking for an experienced and competent Senior to join their DayStaff
The Home
A beautiful multi-unithome catering to those over the age of 65 with dementia, diabetes, learning disabilities, deafness and blindness and also to those who require end of life and palliative care.
The Role
- Full time - 34.5 or 46 hours per week available
- Running the dayshift
- Supervising staff and ensuring tasks are being carried out
- Performing hourly and 2-hourly checks on residents
- Maintaining the security and cleanliness of the building
- Medication administration
- Being the named Key Holder
- Dealing with paramedics, fire alarms or any other emergencies that ariseduring the shift

The Candidate
- Must have an NVQ 2in Health and Social or equivalent
- Must be able to remain cool, calm and collected under pressure
- Able to deal with situations as and when they arrive independently
- Able to work 34/40hours per weekunrestricted
- Be fully flexible Monday to Sunday
