The Evolve Group is looking for an experienced General Manager to take leadership of a high-energy city centre venue, on behalf of our client.

This venue benefits from having strong wet and dry offerings so the ideal candidate will have experience in a similar venue.

Responsibilities

·Responsible for the increase in revenue and profitability

·Maintain service and trade review standards

·Promote the venue through social media and other advertising avenues

·Manage and up skill the teams of BOH and FOH member (up to 15)

Experience

·3 years’ experience in a similar business

·Strong understanding of financials

·Passion for the business

·Strong social media skill in order to promote the business

·Strong business acumen

·Understanding of the local market
