I'm looking for a Mechanical Estimator with experience with Air Source Heat Pumps and Ground Source Heat Pumps. Experience and knowledge of Renewable Energy & Decarbonisation works is a huge bonus. The Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for:

Tenders for contracts valuing from 1m - 9m
Liaising with clients and sub-contractors from estimation to project start
Air Source Heat Pump Installations, Ground Source Heat Pump Installations, Air Con installation & maintenance
Contract Negotiations
Engaging with the Bid Team to assist with tenders, case studies, vetting of subcontracors or design queries

Ideally I'd like to speak to Mechanical Estimator that has:

Have a background in ASHP and GSHP
Experience working on the tools as a heating engineer
Experience using "Estimator" Software
Good knowledge and aptitude using Microsoft Office

In Return, the Mechanical Estimator will receive:

60-65,000 p/a salary
5,500 car allowance
Fuel Card
Hybrid Working, 2 from home
25 days + Bank Holidays
