Attention all Experienced and Newly Qualified Computer Science Teachers!

Are you looking for a new challenge in an Ofsted outstanding secondary school in Birmingham? Look no further! Tradewind Recruitment have been asked to supply a full-time Computer Science teacher to join one of our south Birmingham secondary schools. The role starts in January however should you be immediately available the school may be in a position to get you on board during the summer term.

The successful candidate will mainly be teaching KS3 computing, but KS4 experience is an advantage. Additionally, the candidate may also be required to teach some KS3 ICT.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to engage and inspire students. Additionally, the candidate should be able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.

In order to work for Tradewind:

  • candidates must hold QTS Status or QTLS
  • be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, and have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • candidates must also provide a CV with a minimum of 10 years employment/employment history included and any employment breaks must be explained.
