- Work closely with the HR department to manage employee benefits.
- Track and record employee benefits data accurately.
- Coordinate with third-party benefits providers.
- Resolve any benefits-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in benefits-related projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Profile
A successful Benefits Admin should have:
- Proven experience in benefits administration within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous.
