Our client, a successful retail brand are seeking a HR advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for maintenance of all HR data and records as well as the following duties:
- Developing job descriptions and person specifications.
- Full recruitment from start to finish.
- Data reporting.
- Managing the HR inbox
- Supporting and leading formal meetings, such as disciplinary, grievances and flexible working.
- Advise employees and managers on HR related queries.
Successful candidates must have HR experience and advanced Excel skills.
