Requirements:
- Successful applicants will be self-starters with a 2:1 or 1st in any STEM subject, excellent A-levels (including an A in Maths)
- strong problem-solving skills. Be logical, well-organized, and practical, ready to take on responsibility and learn new skills quickly.
- Strong collaboration skills are essential, and computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel) is expected.
- Some roles may require client-focused skills and effective communication. Both internal and external.
Training:New joiners undergo concentrated initial training and mentoring, while industry-standard courses are encouraged for all colleagues. Senior team members have the flexibility to choose courses with dedicated time and funding.
