- IT Support Analyst
We are representing a leading legal firm in Birmingham, seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.The role is office based and offers a salary up to £30,000 per annum.You will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to internal users. You will troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills.Responsibilities: - Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Document support activities and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist in IT projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Proven experience in a similar IT support role
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity or basic understanding of data patching
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
