- Managing a wide variety of initiatives for senior leadership of the division
- Developing management presentations (both internal and external to Engineering)
- Planning and overseeing the implementation of key programs to address audit findings and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing the division’s workforce strategy and organizational design
- Managing the divisional communications strategy
- Driving the external outreach strategy
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees and contingent workers (CW)
- Raising RM and CW requests
- Initiating transfers and follow-ups (inter and intra departments)
- RMS Tree Maintenance and cleanup (weekly data issues cleanup)
- Cyborg management
- Supporting hiring efforts with regards to FTE and CW onboarding needsÂ
- Monitoring program/project hygiene
- Artemis time booking validation
- BCP quarterly certification oversight
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in an analytical function
- Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder/relationship management
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products with focus on Excel and Powerpoint, tools and utilities for business use
- Willing to work 5 days in office
