As a Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change within our communities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research and analysis to support the development of urban planning projects.
  • Preparing and reviewing zoning proposals, land-use plans, and development applications.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including local residents and government officials, to gather input and build consensus.
  • Evaluating the environmental, social, and economic impact of proposed projects.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest urban planning trends and regulations.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and land-use laws.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, or other relevant planning software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in town planning or a related field is preferred but not required.
