Location: Birmingham or London, office 2 days per week.

Requirements:

  • Experience negotiating/acquiring land rights for any utilitieswhether that be DNO, telecoms/fibre, water, electricity etc.
  • Experience in the negotiation of wayleaves, easements, and acquisitions of land rights.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and managing strategic suppliers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience.

Your responsibilities as a Utility Land Rights Manager will include:

  • Overseeing mixed utility land right cases.
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective negotiation.
  • Providing relevant technical advice to inform design and construction.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent approach across the project.

My client is looking for multiple Utility Land Rights Manager with experience in the negotiation of wayleaves, easements, and delivering land rights to join their growing team. This role will involve significant engagement with internal and external stakeholders, managing suppliers, and ensuring the correct liaison for complex land rights cases.
