What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a range of construction and engineering disputes from instruction through to resolution
- Advising clients on contracts, risks and dispute avoidance
- Representing clients in adjudication, mediation and other forms of ADR
- Working cross-team to provide cohesive, joined-up legal advice
- (If of interest) Supporting junior lawyers through mentoring and supervision
- Delivering clear, plain-English advice and training to clients
About you:
- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in construction disputes
- Confident managing cases independently and contributing to team matters
- Familiar with adjudication, mediation, or other dispute resolution methods
- Passionate about working within the housing, public, or social sectors
- A collaborative and values-driven professional looking for long-term impact
