What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a range of construction and engineering disputes from instruction through to resolution
  • Advising clients on contracts, risks and dispute avoidance
  • Representing clients in adjudication, mediation and other forms of ADR
  • Working cross-team to provide cohesive, joined-up legal advice
  • (If of interest) Supporting junior lawyers through mentoring and supervision
  • Delivering clear, plain-English advice and training to clients

About you:

  • A qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in construction disputes
  • Confident managing cases independently and contributing to team matters
  • Familiar with adjudication, mediation, or other dispute resolution methods
  • Passionate about working within the housing, public, or social sectors
