Legal 200 firm in London seeks a Housing Management / Property Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilful solicitor to join our client’s highly regarded practice based in Central London. The successful applicant will manage their own caseload of housing and leasehold management and property litigation matters.To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.Responsibilities
  • Injunctions
  • Possession claims
  • Disrepair
  • Service charge disputes
  • Cases before the FTT
  • Non- contentious matters such as policy advice
  • Drafting tenancy agreements
  • Staff supervision
The Candidate
  • Solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE
  • Experience in housing management and property litigation is essential
  • Strong academic background, attaining a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
  • Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
  • Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic
