A leading national law firm is looking for a talented Senior Associate to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. Based in Birmingham, you will be working closely with colleagues across the firm’s other offices and supporting a national client base. The role will be varied, you will be responsible for dealing with your own caseload and acting on behalf of a diverse client base including charities, high-net-worth individuals, private clients, educational institutions and business owners to name a few. THE CANDIDATE:You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and demonstrable experience in contentious private client work, gained within a well-regarded City or regional practice with an excellent reputation in this area of law. As the appointed Private Client Disputes lawyer, you will have gained extensive experience in estate, trust and wills disputes and dealing with complex as well as high-value disputes such as challenges to the validity of wills, Inheritance Act claims, trusts of land and statutory wills.
