Paralegal - Private Law TeamLocation: Birmingham / Office BasedSalary: £28,000+We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our busy Private Law Team. You will work closely with two solicitors, providing essential support on a varied caseload including:

Divorce matters
Financial settlements
Child arrangements orders
Non-molestation orders
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

Key Responsibilities

Assisting solicitors with case preparation and management
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Conducting legal research
Liaising with clients and third parties
Managing and organising case files

Requirements

Proven experience in family law (essential)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and discretion
