Weareworkingwithahighlyregardedlawfirmwhoareseekingaparalegaltojointheirpropertylitigationteam.ThesuccessfulcandidatewillbebasedintheBirminghamofficeandwillberesponsibleforprovidingsupporttothesolicitorswhilstbuildinganindividualcaseload.Youwillberequiredtoattendtheofficethreedaysaweekandworkremotelyfortheothertwo.

Thisexcitingrolewillgiveyoutheopportunityworkonabroadrangeofmatersincludingbreachoftenancy,antisocialbehaviourandunauthorisedoccupiers,injunctionproceedingsaswellasdisrepairclaimsandclaimsagainstleaseholdersincludingforfeiture.

Dailydutieswillincludedraftingandpreparingclaimforms,pleadingsandwitnessstatements,preparingtrialbundles,attendingcourttoassistbarristersaswellconductingadvocacyinthecountycourtonroutinematters.

Applicantswillhavesuccessfullycompletedalawdegreeorequivalentandwillhavegainedpreviouslitigation/disputesexperience,preferablywithinthepropertysector.Soliddraftingskillsarerequiredcoupledwiththeabilitytopreparepleadingsandwitnessstatements.Firstclassorganisationsskillsareparamount.
