Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Paralegal to join a fantastic law firm in Birmingham City Centre. This role will be within the Residential Litigation Department.
The role: Areas of work
- Debt Recovery
- Breach of lease
- FTT Applications
- Lease Analysis
- Lease extensions and variations
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong academic background
- A working knowledge of Civil Procedure rules - familiar with leases and enforcement of judgements
- Attention to detail
- MUST be familiar with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985/1987 (Long Leasehold)
