- Provide comprehensive administrative support to internal teams and senior managers
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Support scheduling, diary management, and coordination of meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documentation
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data protection requirements
- Support general office operations and contribute to continuous process improvements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Public sector experience (desirable but not essential)

- Work Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Birmingham City Centre), 2 days remote
- Pay Rate: £15.11 per hourÂ
