Role Overview:

As the Company Secretarial Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of company secretarial services across a diverse client portfolio. Working closely with legal professionals and managing a dedicated team of 9, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of governance, compliance, and client satisfaction with a strong operational focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the company secretarial team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Responsible for training, developing and upskilling junior members of the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and tailor company secretarial services accordingly.
  • Overseeing services and operational processes to ensure they are delivered to a high quality
  • Grow a portfolio of clients and delivering work in a fee earning capacity

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Significant experience in a company secretarial role, with a proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing a team of company secretarial professionals.
  • Familiarity with technology and tools used in company secretarial services.
  • Chartered company secretary qualifications
