Operations Manager / Senior Contracts Manager Required

True Consulting has the privilege of working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading Building Services contractors. The business has four divisions, with this role centered around supporting and growing their large-scale residential operations across the central belt of the UK.

The business's operations team is growing, and they are now looking to appoint an Operations Manager to support the delivery, installation, and overall quality of each project. You'll be exposed to the preconstruction and tender process of each project while also managing a team of Project Managers.

Working alongside a Region Director and Pre-construction Director to look after a portfolio of projects valued up to £17.5M, with current trajectory to exceed this in the near future.

This role would suit someone with a strong Mechanical / Building Services background, currently in an Operations Manager / Operations Director role. Equally we would consider a Senior Contracts Manager who is looking to take the next step.

Operations Manager / Senior Contracts Manager package:

• £85,000 Base Salary
• 25 days holiday  + bank holiday

Operations Manager / Senior Contracts Manager requirement:

• 5 years’ relevant experience within Building Services / Mechanical / Construction
• Based in Birmingham, West Midlands / or within commutable distance
• Residential style projects background (Ideally)
