- Work on specific projects where there is a hypothesis which needs to be validated with clear recommendations and findings
- Work cross functionally on company wide projects and challenges
- Conduct market research using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Use multiple sources of information to help drive recommendations
- Use data analysis to drive insight and intelligence

- Base salary = £28k to £31k
- WFH 3 days p.w. | Birmingham (B3 - Snow Hill area) 2 days p.w.
- Career progression + a very supportive line manager
- Bonus = Up to 5%
- 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). Rising to 26 days after 1 year.
Skills and experience to be successful
- A degree with a focus on Market Research, Insights, Analysis and Report Writing e.g. Psychology, Sociology, Business Studies, Politics, Geography, Economics or even Journalism
- Confident to deal with stakeholders across the organisation
- Driving a project through until completion
- Attention to detail
- Consultative skills such as influencing, listening, questioning, asking why and being inquisitive
The Interview Process
- 60 min TEAMS interview with the Head of Marketing (HoM) + 1 other
- 60 min face to face meeting with the HoM and Sales & Marketing Director
