Role OverviewThe Ecommerce Executive will support the delivery and ongoing management of website projects and client retainers. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience using e-commerce platforms (particularly Shopify), strong organisational skills, and a passion for client success and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage planning and execution of e-commerce website projects

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution

Retainer Management

  • Oversee delivery of services within client retainers

  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or adding further value

Client Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Understand client objectives and ensure services align with their business goals

  • Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic insights

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams across design, development, and digital marketing

  • Lead project kick-offs and maintain alignment across stakeholders on timelines and deliverables

E-commerce Expertise

  • Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, tools, and platform features

  • Share insights internally and with clients to improve performance and user experience

  • Advise on UX/UI best practices and website optimisation strategies

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or web project management

  • Strong understanding of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms

  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
