A well established bank are seeking a Third Party & Resilience Manager in Birmingham.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee adherence of third-party suppliers and outsource partners to management frameworks.
  • Ensure critical third parties maintain resilience and optimum performance.
  • Assist Head of Supplier Management & Resilience in business continuity and incident management.
  • Provide regular reports to Head of Supplier Management & Resilience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in financial services, with experience in incident management and/or procurement/third-party management.
  • Proficient in business continuity, incident management, and operational resilience.
  • Familiarity with banking products and SaaS/Cloud environments.
  • Skilled in process mapping.

Qualifications & Personal Characteristics:

  • Preferred membership in the Business Continuity Institute.
  • Knowledge of the 3 lines of defence model.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to manage/support incidents calmly across various issues.
