Piers Meadows Recruitment are looking for an Occupational Therapist to work in Birmingham:
- Band 6 Occupational Therapist
- To start ASAP and be for 3 months initially- likely to extend
- 37.5 hours per week full time/ part time considered
- Clinical work: To assess new patient admissions, where possible jointly with physio, Identify short term goals, achievable within 2 weeks, devise a treatment and discharge plan with physio in accordance with Discharge 2 Assess model, complete necessary access visit assessment, prescribe and order equipmen, refer to community therapy- early intervention community team, support Band 5 with caseload, report to Band 7 with any complex cases
- Ability to work cross sites - car driver essential

You must be a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to be eligible for the OT role.
